We want you to be fully satisfied with your home comfort and security solutions, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our store. Items must be in their original packaging and include all hardware and documentation to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the product in its original box, ensuring all thermostats, sensors, or mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
